Yes. They're made for different moments: Rise in the morning, Focus during the workday, Calm in the afternoon and Rest at lights out. One strip of each a day, at most. Rise contains caffeine, so keep it for the morning. Rest contains melatonin, so keep it for bedtime.

Rest is raspberry, Rise cranberry, Focus chocolate, Calm strawberry-peppermint, Gut mixed berry, Glow mango and Biotin orange. Depending on the strip, they're sweetened with erythritol, xylitol, mannitol, sorbitol syrup, monk fruit extract or steviol glycosides. The ingredients of each strip are listed on Read the label.

Biotin can interfere with some lab tests. Tell your doctor and the lab that you take a 5,000 mcg biotin strip, before any blood test. They will tell you if and when to pause it. Biotin

No caffeine is added to either. Calm's L-theanine comes from green tea. Neither contains melatonin.

Yes, as one of its sweeteners. Xylitol is dangerous for dogs, so keep the tin out of their reach.

Write to us within 21 days of delivery (or of the estimated delivery date if it never arrived) with your order number, and a photo if something is damaged. We'll send a replacement or a refund. You don't need to send anything back.

We issue your refund within 5 business days once approved. It goes back to your original payment method, for the price you actually paid. Your bank or card issuer may then take several business days to show it.
